I accept Direct Billing as a payment method

All of the massages can be used towards your insurance benefit claims. Ask about Direct Billing as an option for payment. Please check with your insurance provider before your appointment to see how much is covered and whether you require a doctor’s note in advance for reimbursement. If your insurance company does not allow direct billing, but you know that you do have coverage for your chosen service, you will have to pay for the service upfront and we will provide you with the receipt to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Please check below for my policy and terms

• Payment will be required of 50% of the treatment for late cancellations or “no-shows”, unless the appointment can be filled
• Depending on our schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked: Full payment is required.
• Unforeseen last-minute cancellation fees are determined by the Massage Therapists discretion
• Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation
